I'm catching up on some admin stuff this morning, and doing some listing for DH as well. I've ordered a new fan for little jwil's room as his is the hottest in the house and the fan he has is small but quite noisy! I've ordered him a large floor standing one similar to the one we have in our room which is nice and quiet. I'll go and pick that up later.
We went to the seaside yesterday for a couple of hours, then chilled at home in the afternoon. DH will be off to the car boots later but I won't be. His car was playing up again yesterday so clearly the fault hasn't been resolved.
I lost 2lb yesterday at SW which I'm happy with.

Great loss. Wish I could lose 2lb instead of putting on! Really must stick to it this week to try and shift some!

If you're not going to use the old fan do pop it on a local group for a couple of quid just in case there's a PAD in it for you!

Thank you 😁 It's much easier to put on than lose isn't it! Good luck for this week, although I find it easier in the heat, ice cream does beckon!
Good idea thank you! However, I think we'll keep it for now.

Happy Bank holiday!
It's so warm and sunny here. I've (possibly stupidly) decided to sell at a boot sale this morning. It's an early start and will be over by mid morning before it gets super hot. Hopefully we can clear a bit!
I defrosted one of our freezers yesterday, I hope to do the other one today or tomorrow. Taking advantage of the heat to speed things up!

Definitely easier to put on than lose. I naturally eat less when it’s warm. Apart from as you say ice cream. Yesterday I resisted the ice cream man and had an ice lolly from the freezer instead.

I eat less when it's warm too, and gravitate towards fruit and veg too. Well done on resisting the ice cream van! I didn't resist at the seaside 😁 Today I've been eating french stick too. Not a great start to the week but enjoyable anyway.
