Very impressed with the 8cms - well done you!

Thanks BP, I am always a bit doubtful about weight loss per se as there are so many things that can affect it, and it is not always the best thing for our overall health (as we’ve seen from the reported negative effects from GLP jabs where people have lost weight with them, but without understanding how to maintain bone and muscle volume whilst doing so), but fewer waist cms means less fat around my internal organs and I can’t argue with a tape (or at least I haven’t found a way! 😉😂) 😊

Commiserations on the tiredness and the shoulders. People who can just sleep & just sleep without pain are so fortunate.

Thank you 😊
Well I have finally reached the end of the week and boy do I need it. I’m absolutely hanging … Soooo tired, I fell asleep on the sofa this afternoon.
Did counselling after work - no more now for three weeks. I will be glad of the break but have homework of exploring what ‘my power’ means to me. I feel another collage coming on … 😉😂
No significant plans for the weekend, nowhere to be at any particular time apart from a tip run tomorrow which we both want 😊

Did a double take there knowing you don't drink when you said you're hanging 😂
Hope you have a super restful weekend, sounds like some chill time (inc tip 😁) is much needed
