Glad physio has helped :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2 -

Thanks @Watty1 , @beanielou , hope you have a lovely one too.
@redofromstart maybe I should invest in one … 🤔
Busy morning in work, very glad to get from there after a fairly intense week. (Only a 7 or 8 out of 10 though, compared to crazy job’s regular 11++ 😉).
Went into town. Managed to change my library books and noticed that I am getting less breathless on the steep lane that gets me from the car park to the town centre - didn’t have to stop to puff and pant 2/3rds of the way up today 😊
Failed to send back the MnS parcel - couldn’t find the relevant email / screenshot with the widgetty square thing that would have generated a label for the return. Oh well, it’s out of the house and it can stay in the back of the car to remind me daily until next week! 😂
Also popped into the health food shop to buy cacao nibs, various vegan, gluten free protein biscuits, toasted coconut flakes, ground cranberry etc. Whilst I was there I treated myself to some dried hibiscus flowers and I am currently sat here with a cuppa made from them ❤️ I have wanted to try these for ages.
Protein lunch of scrambled eggs, veggie bacon and a cooked tomato with a couple of bits of toast for lunch 😋
One large load of washing processed. Water filter cleaned and renewed and also updated on calendar, watched latest episode of SYLO with Ms Solomon 😊 (they did a cracking job 👏) and then did a 2K steps workout before Mr KK came home. Baked spuds are in the air fryer to go with freezer batch bolognese, online shop is done (including Easter eggs - Mr KK insisted! 😂😂❤️) and I am a bit tired now …
Oh I have also done my two lots of rehab exercises today - in the morning before work and just now. Shoulder is feeling really bruised and tender where he worked it … Might slap some arnica on that area later.
