Because we live in a small cluttered house and it blocks access to the chair I sit in each morning to put my shoes on and the table I have my seedlings on.

Busy day in work …
Booked my MOT and service for a few week’s time. Only a mini service this time so hopefully shouldn’t be too expensive 🤞
Was brave and rang for an updated quote for a new condenser for my car air con (originally quoted in august last year so an increase of £30 over an original £515 quote is not too bad 😊) - it hasn’t gone up too much so I need to get that booked in tomorrow. The good news is that particular garage does do courtesy cars if I book a couple of weeks in advance, so I don’t have to give up my car for my week off before Easter 😊Been verrrrry virtuous as I have written, apologised with a PS on the back of the envelope for its extreme pinkness (she hates pink so that will make her chuckle 😉), stamped and dropped in the post box, the Mother’s Day card …
Brought firewood in.
Fed the cat.
Fed the birds.
Swept the dining room floor, the kitchen floor and the steps from the conservatory to the kitchen where Mr KK always sits to take his work boots off.
Wiped down the side of the kitchen island where there were muddy Miss Monkey pawprints 🐾 🙄😂😉 and the section of tiles behind the sink where the draining rack leans up and the washing up liquid and hand soap bottles live.
Emptied the peelings trug.
Having a breather now, before starting prep for dinner …

just caught up. Until I read on here i had completely bypassed it was mothers day! Probably just as well.
How is shoulder after physio? Is it frozen? (if it you could google Neil Asher technique and see if there is anyone near you - from personal experience the results can be impressive - and if it is not - ignore suggestion )
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

It’s years since I last had physio. In the past I’ve had nhs physio ultrasound and acupuncture, but last time I had frozen shoulder they gave me an injection and it was amazing & worked straight away to stop the pain. Whatever you end up having I hope it works quickly for you KK & beanielou.

@KajiKita Physio helped a wee bit. My shoulders are for some reason much worse when I go to bed. That’s why my sleep is currently so poor.

I have injections which really help but unfortunately you can only have them every 3 months and the effects wear off before that sadly.
