Theladies at my Slimming World group are forever going on about Walk with Rick. I confess for the first few weeks i thought it was Rick Astley doing a workout video 😂😂

Sympathising on the mothers day card a little late - I spend a lot of time in various places looking for a generic "I hope you have a nice day" (I do hope she has a nice day) rather than anything that implies an untruth.
Walk with Rick Astley, I suppose, is for people who are never gonna run around.😜

Me too with the mothers day cards, and I have a good relationship with my mother! Dont want a 'world's best mum' card though. And fathers day is worse 😬 I usually do a plan card for both, and just write 'happy fathers day' or whatever in it.

Tbh, it’s getting so hard to find a card without ‘mum’ on it I might well just go for a plain card from my stash next time ..l 🤷♀️

Weekend was inevitably quiet due to the very drizzly weather and my shoulder, but did manage to make a soup batch and a bolognese batch for the freezer 😊
Been utterly bone tired today and had to stay on late to see the night shift as there was a disciplinary issue to discuss about running a 40T Press without some of the guarding … 😳
Have dug out the MOT date for the car (4th April) and the previous quote for the condenser for the car aircon and need to get both of those booked in. The MOT should be easy (and cheap) but the last quote for the air con last August was £502 - be interest to see how much it has gone up by … I have been putting monies aside for it, so although it will be sad to see the savings balance go down, it will be another step closer to our wedding anniversary trip to France in June 😊
Small OAT - got the heated airer emptied, switched off and away 😊

Why do you put your airer away? I keep mine up.
