Glad the simple things made you feel a little better. May the weekend be full of sunshine and gardening and cat love
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
Great news on the car, and the coach not being faffed.
No you don't need any let alone all of the £400 worth of clothes. Make a list of things you would like when it genuinely occurs to you, like a (for example, things I can think of for me) vest top with wider shoulders or lower underarms, trainers with a more supportive sole, a jumper in a particular shade that is comfy around the neck. Write them on a notepad in a drawer in your bedroom or on an email you save to drafts.
You can have the lovely things, but when it's a treat or a celebration. Don't spend daft money trying to make yourself feel better, because you won't feel better and you'll be poorer.
Maybe this weekend if you feel like it, make a rough list of all the things that are going against your energy and either do something about them or make a choice to sack them off
