I take your point @themadvix. I think the physio is a bit a victim of his own success TBH as he seems to be swamped with patients and horribly busy so perhaps doesn't get the time he needs to focus on individual or tricky issues. Not sure if I can find another physio locally so will persist with him a while longer. He's Dutch and they tend to be quite blunt so perhaps I was getting some of that yesterday as well?
I wailed to my coach a bit and he agrees with me that it makes sense to downsize the rehab exercise I am struggling with and work back up to it. He asked me to send a video of myself (Mr KK is becoming quite an adept videographer! 😉) and is going to send me some guidance as well as some exercises to improve the condition of my feet and ankles - which he keeps talking about, but yet hasn't sent to me!
Slept better last night as the raging bite on my leg has calmed down now to just being horribly bruised and wasn't waking me up. Yaay!Well it was band-night last night (Tuesday) and there was no band! So I think they must have told the band to change to an afternoon rehearsal … Honestly, it made such a difference last night.
Another small piece of nice news is that I hit my first anniversary of being at my current job! 😊 I have moved the target from 52 weeks to 104 weeks now on my tracker that I record all my 'Wins' on …
Oh and apparently I have hit 10,00 posts / comments on here and received 20 points … whatever that means?? 🤷🏻♀️🤣A piece of MSE good news - I have had an email through from the protein powder people and they have processed my refund which should appear within 3 to 5 days. Not quite fast enough to come off this month's CC bill before it's due to be paid, but I am glad to be getting the money (£50 or so - the equivalent of a physio session!) back 😊

I've got 17.4k. What on earth do they mean? Brucie used to tell us that points mean prizes but ive not seen evidence of that on here

Morning @KajiKita, fingers crossed that now the band have been made aware of the negative impact they were having on you and Mr KK, they have made adjustments accordingly. Good news on the refund.
Just wanted to add that the pics of your garden are lovely. We only have a small garden, but we make the most of it. It's lovely to read such a vibrant thread with so much interaction and support.
Congratulations on your first year anniversary in your new job.

Thanks @Skint_yet_Again, @beanielou - the points shall remain a mystery 🤷🏻♀️😊😉
Thanks for the good wishes @Humboldt and you must remember that the photos of my garden are ALWAYS taken from very carefully selected angles … 😉
The week is nearly done!
Spent some time (well, quite lot actually, didn't stop until 9pm!) last night finishing off my 'drawing' of my safe space for my counsellor. Not sure if I have to show him or not. (Eek! 🤣) I sent a picture of it to my artist friend and asked her to (gently!) tell me what she thought. Apparently she felt it was very happy 😊 It was a nice excuse to finally break out the pastel pencils I bought aaaaages ago anyway 😊
£10.59 of TCB came through yesterday so that got sent off as an OP, along with a TT of 22p!Was noodling around on the HR cloud this morning (looking for our anti slavery policy for a customer questionnaire) when I noticed it was telling me that I still had 5 days leave left to book! This is fabulous news 😊 No idea when I will book them but it is nice to have them in my back pocket to either relieve pressure (e.g. if we visit my parents again this year) or just for PLEASURE! 😉
Mr KK is off to a local vehicles show (first of the season) tonight, so I will get an evening and a day to MYSELF …. utter bliss as I am feeling really peopled out atm. The forecast for the weekend is naff but tbh, having been bitten on both ankles yesterday evening by those poxy black flies that draw blood, when just sitting by the pond, the garden is not really my favourite space currently … I may do some things out there or I may just focus on various 'whirlpools' of muddle and mess that are scattered across our house! 😉 I also plan to do LOTS of reading 😊💖 Oh and try a few new recipes too.

I've asked about the points and will report back if/when I get an answer……..
….….<edited>and the answer is…… you get a point for every thanks/interesting that people give you plus some points for reaching badges.
So as @beanielou suggests someone who has been around a while, and in particular one who is quite active as an ambassador, is likely to score more points.

So utterly pointless 🙄 then given that all they do is give an indication of how much time you spend on MSE.
