@Soontobeoap , I feel for you, tonight I was looking around wondering how I have so much stuff left. I've been on the declutter train for years and would have guessed at the start that i'd be on to photos and not sentimental things but not there yet. A large part to having my dad's house to sort and 188 years off their combined collections.
I do have space in some cupboards but lots out as need to do more on like with like and have proper homes for things.
2 pillows out, a pen, unsubscribing and lots of messages and photos, also got my headphones mended at a repair cafe - lovely people.

Not counting until it has been delivered but at least it is now ready to go 😉 I have also written 0 August birthday cards. 19:00 DH relit the bbq & we had our dinner - hotdog with onions for DSis & burgers with all the trimmings for DH & I 😋 Wudupa

Nice to see you Pennypincin 👋 Shame about the undies but well done on replacing them 👏 Good luck with the drawing & writing now that you have all the supplies 🍀
Excellent decluttering Soontobeoap 👏 Hopefully you will be successful in decluttering more especially once the craft shed is available for your craft supplies & DH starts going through his wardrobes, shelves & drawers 🤞
Lovely to see you Blue_Doggy 👋 Yikes to the badly strained knee ligament 😣 both painful & restrictive. Sorry to hear that you feel overwhelmed 😞 but please remember that it took a long time to build up the clutter, so it will take some time to declutter 😊 However, if you continue with your steady decluttering you will soon start to notice a difference ☺️ and the more difference you notice the more you will declutter.
Steady decluttering TC77 👏 Please don’t be so hard on yourself as I seem to remember you have brought home a lot of your dad’s stuff as it is easier to donate to CS from where you live 😊
Sleep tight everyone 😴

Thanks for encouragement @Regnbue & @Moorfields & thanks for the Gold Star @MrsSD - I will wear it with pride.
Haven't posted for a couple of days as yesterday I went to the seaside for the day with my friend's church - the weather couldn't have been better and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They had a dance competition on the beach for the children and it was joyous. I popped in some charity shops and bought an emergency top as I realised the one I was wearing was too warm. While I was there I spotted a really lovely top from Petit Bateau which I will be wearing today when I go out to church and to have lunch with friends. I got the 2 of them for £7 - I think I will try to let go of a couple of things to make room but that's a task for later.
Friday - I didn't make much headway with the garden - instead I took some temporary vinyl covering off the laminate worktops in the kitchen as it'd started to look worse than what was underneath. Unfortunately what should have been less than an hours work ended up being most of the day as it revealed that the work-surface behind the sink had completely rotted away. So I had to cut that away. I can definitely bodge-job it but I am wondering if this should be the sign to replace the kitchen - it's over 20 years old and in a real state - I have the money saved but I hate upheaval. I will decide next week.
I disposed of 7 items on Friday which brings my monthly total to 272. Have a great day all ☀️

Florenceem - I'[m sorry for your loss.
I have two bags of stuff to take with me tomorrow. I'm getting a taxi so I might try and fill up a third bag to donate.

Sounds like a lovely day Energy Shifter. Nothing like a nice trip to the seaside.
It has rained / is raining.Drizzle really but constant . Set to continue into tomorrow. The garden is loving it.
Spent a few hours pottering yesterday in the front and side gardens, digging out baby bindweed and mares tail. I also dug out a massive brick, concrete combo with added metal rod for good measure. Assessed all the plants in pots in the side garden, weeded them, rejigged some, planted one into the front garden. Started to fill a big terracotta pot on the pebble circle in the front with a cracked upturned plant pot and left over pebbles. The solar fountain has been dispatched. Potted up a couple of plants ready to give away. Might just put them at the front gate. There is other garden stuff to give away that the previous owner left. weedkillers I think, I don't use them. I have decided to sell a set of ceramic pots. 2 emptied, several more to empty and transfer into pots I already have. The long term plan is to massively reduce the amount of pots I have. I still have some pots living in DD1's garden from before we moved.
Mr V took another builders bag of garden waste to the tip. The guys there are very helpful with unloading. Mr V is still in a lot of pain. He has a couple of big hematomas and has torn some liagaments and muscle . The 2 week old bruising is going, the week old bruising is still impressive.
Had an email from the front door guy. He is behind with his work as they have had a new baby and he has been working a bit less. Fine by me. No problem.
The time has come… I can no longer procrastinate, I have to eat a frog and start under coating the bunk beds. Stop talking about it and get on with it.The mattresses are being delivered next Friday. I have listed the trundle bed on thrift.

Good afternoon everyone
Not much done really just haven't got any motivation to do anything, will try to do some later on after I've watched the F1.
My OH has cleaned my car of rubbish and found £2 in there, most of the rubbish is from DS.
No more sells but have things to list but need to take the photos.
Take care Deb4
