I submitted my query on 7th April at 10.50pm, as you can see from the copy of the email and their response below.
I submitted another query on the 14th, and this time I did receive the email you mentioned, containing my unique Query ID number.. however, today I received an email from them with subject "VoucherSent User Details Not Found", which, unbelievably, just says:
Hi,
Thank you for your enquiry regarding your reward.
If you applied for a Santander Current Saver Account and are accepted, and meet the additional criteria for the promotion, you will receive an email from VoucherSent inviting you to claim your gift card after 24th March 2026 in accordance with the T&Cs. If you have not received an email from VoucherSent by the 7th April 2026, please submit an enquiry to us at this time via the following link: https://omgrefer.com/ktEGW . Please note we will be unable to investigate any enquiries received before this date, as all applications need to go through Santander’s validation process.

Got there in the end, reward received today around 10 days after first initiating manual claim and a follow up chaser.

It seems to be taking around 2 weeks to manually process claims for this offer. People who submitted manual claims when the window opened (7th/8th April) are now receiving their gift cards. So I would give it another week as your application would only have begun on the 14th when you received your query ID number. You should receive your claim email early next week I think, assuming Santander can verify your OLA with them and that you fulfilled the conditions of the offer.
The email you received today I would just ignore, it may have been sent out in error due to your original claim. But yes, they are pretty unprofessional.

Vouchersent are declining mine saying they spoke to Santander who advised i did not have a £100 balance on 31st Jan. I have checked the account in question and i did not withdraw the £100 until 1st Feb. I have gone back to them and will probably raise a complaint with Santander also.

I have a high level response from Santander:
We are aware of delays with Voucher Sent following this promotion so please be advised the matter will be resolved and would ask you to be patient whilst this is resolved and remain in contact with Voucher Sent directly.
So looking as though it will be resolved but not that quickly.0 -
I had the same response email from Santander, but within a couple of hours then got the email from vouchersent to claim the giftcard. So hopefully, not too long to wait.

Has anyone tried to claim a second voucher? My first application seemed to have failed so applied again. I've claimed against the second one and received the voucher but wondered if it was worth trying for the first application.

No. From section 2 of the T&Cs:
"Only one Gift Card will be delivered per person, regardless of the number of savings accounts you open during the promotional period".

Latest from VoucherSent - check OLA number not correct format.
They say check email - no not there.
Contact Santander - that is where I got the number from.
