The word scam is being used. Santander are taking many calls, not exactly good for their repuation.

I normally give them 2 weeks from submitting my manual claim to send me my claim email. After that I message them demanding the claim email or a letter of deadlock. I give them a deadline of a week to do this.
Otherwise they just keep dragging it out, kicking the can down the road, hoping you'll just give up. Tell them that if they can't sort it out you're taking it out of their hands and are going to Santander. Several people on here have reported that the issue was sorted out quickly and professionally by Santander.
VoucherSent are just a bunch of jokers who have created a marketing agency and somehow managed to get Santander on board 🤷♂️. They lack any sense of professionalism or customer care.

It isn't a scam. But they are clearly out of their depth here. Why Santander insist on doing these promotions on the cheap with these clowns is beyond me. My guess is that someone in Optimise Media (VoucherSent) is from a banking background and has the connections in Santander. It certainly isn't for their abilities, which are pretty dismal. It's about who you know, not what you know clearly.

Running down the clock is probably the only thing they excel at. But once you get your manual claim submitted on or before 24th April you're ok.

I submitted queries both via the link in their confirmation email and via their website on the 7th, but the only response I've had is the generic 'An update on your enquiry" which said "Thanks for getting in touch, but please wait a little longer!". I haven't received anything else, whereas others seem to have at least been told that they are now checking with Santander about their claim. I've sent queries again tonight via both avenues, giving them until next Monday to respond or to send my claim email for the Gift Card, or I'll report them directly to Santander and chase them for it. So unprofessional!!

Just been on the phone to Santander customer services, they couldnt careless, could only offer me a copy of my account to send to voucher sent 👩🎤

Keep a record of the time you made your call to their customer services as it will have been recorded so you can use it in any case you open either internally with Santander or/and with the FOS.
How long is it since you last heard back from VoucherSent?

The "wait a little longer" email is usually sent when a manual claim is submitted before the claim window has been opened. The email you receive when you claim within the claim window should be this:
I would resubmit your manual claim, you have until 24th April to do this.

Contacted vouchersent on 8th April, with OLA number, was told they had no record & they will contact Santander for a Manual claim.
Have heard nothing more!
Sent another request today, asking if any update, still waiting.
Will contact them again on Monday stating, unless giftcard is received i will escalate to financial ombudsman.
Got all other giftcards that they offered, so may be this one was over subscribed 🤔

We also contacted them on 8th April, with OLA numbers. Neither of us got an email confirmation and no reply received within 5 working days.
Enquiries raised again on 15th April. Again, no email confirmations and no replies yet.
