I think the OLA for savings accounts have 10 digits so your OLA should be OLAXXXXXXXXXX (each X representing a number). OLAs aren't sent by email for savings accounts, only current accounts.

How have people chased this? I submitted the claim on the 7th April but haven't heard anything back yet. Shall I just try submitting the form again or is there an email address I could try?

Did you get a query ID number from VoucherSent when you submitted your claim?

I did not get a query id but received an email from them oddly asking to wait longer until the 25th March 2026 (which was in the past)

Without a query ID number the door is pretty much shut with VoucherSent as you need one to proceed with your claim, and as the claim window closed last week the claim form for getting one is probably gone.

At this stage I would now go directly to Santander and get them to deal with it. Do you still have the OLA you received from Santander? If the chat agent starts fobbing you off tell them you want to make a formal complaint and ensure you get a complaint reference number.

Thanks! I went to submit the form again and it let me proceed and got a query id now. I suspect they might come back saying it's too late, I'll have to raise a complaint if so

No reply to our 15th April queries. No query ids as they never sent us emails with them. Link to raise another query now closed.

We've decided to raise complaints with Santander and have drafted messages. Just found out that the secure messaging allows viewing sent messages but doesn't seem to allow one to be composed!

What's the best way to raise a complaint? Can Sandi handle a load of text or is there an email address to use. We'd prefer not to phone them.

Without a query ID from VoucherSent you're best taking it to Santander at this stage.

You can either ask Sandi to speak to an agent, tell the agent you want to open a complaint, send your drafted message and get a complaint reference number. It will then be passed on to a complaints representative.

Or you could use good old fashioned snail mail and send your complaint by post.

I emailed the CEO but they do not reply in a timely manner. I expect they are hoping VoucherSent will get their act together. I do have an enquiry number from VoucherSent.

The email address is executivecommunications@santander.co.uk They know they have a problem.

I've been chasing Santander for the promised £10 voucher, and it's very hard to persuade their automated chatbot Sandi to put me through to an operator.

No voucher received; when I managed to get through to a live operator two weeks ago he apologised for the delay and said that they'd sort it within a couple of weeks. Well, here we are two weeks later, and I'm back to chasing them.

Voucher.com won't respond to me, other than sending an automated email stating that the offer is now closed.

    It's very frustrating.

Has anyone actually received their voucher?
