Just got my voucher before I got round to complaining. Saves me a job today.

I've had to manually claim this voucher but unlike my £100 from the previous offer that I'm still chasing, within about 2 hrs of submitting my claim I've received my voucher email for the £10 voucher. Painless when it works, painful when it doesn't

9:30 Submit query by clicking the "link" inside the "Reward Comfirmation" email that received before Account Opening in 2025.

9:31 Received "automated email acknowledgement" regarding the submitting claim.

9:40 Clicked on the "Contact us" at the bottom of the automated email acknowledgement received earlier.

9:41 Received "automated email acknowledgement" regarding the submitting claim.

10:10 Received "It's time to claim Amazon GC email"

10:20 Submit claim.

10:25 Received "Here's your reward email"

Mine has just come through without making a claim - I guess they hadn't factored in the long weekend when they wrote the original email.

Plus I have claimed several vouchers before through Santander so the exclusion on the t&c don't seem to be enforced

Mine literally landed about an hour ago, 1 button click to claim it, maybe they are still sending out in branches?

Email received this morning to claim £10 gift card. Did that and received claim code email two hours later and accepted into my amazon account immediately - added to the £40 Barclaycard offer and the £100 Santander offer. All I now have to do is spend it!

Just done manual claim for this £10 Amazon voucher. Have received others without having to claim.
