I am yet to receive my email (Junk folder also checked). I would be surprised if I get one now so it looks like I will have to chase it up after the 2 weeks window for receiving them shuts. I'd be surprised if they haven't sent them all out by now as it should be an automated process.

Neither have I. Checked VoucherSent registration confirmation and it says raising enquiry after April 7th.

Same here.. & don't expect they'll be sending any more out now due to the weekend & holidays, so will have to raise the query first thing (one minute after mIdnight!!..) on Tuesday, 7th April. Luckily, I've got all the proof they say they will require. My partner got theirs OK on Tuesday, though.

Just sent off my query via the VoucherSent link today 7th April, as I still haven't received my £10 Amazon Gift Card, and this is the automated no-response email response I immediately received. Something tells me that, as per usual with these 'voucher sites', they're not going to make this easy…🙄

Just had the same response email from them. I also went on the 'contact us' at the bottom of that email, which gives the option to check status of any vouchers you are due and if needs be, send off your details again to claim. Probably doubleing up my complaint but hopefully it gets sorted.

I have not received the voucher (checked Junk/Spam). Followed the link on the acknowledgment email when I subscribed in December. I then used the correct OLA number and correct email but when you press "Resend" I am shown "No valid voucher located - please try entering your email address or customer reference number again or submit an enquiry. Ensure that you are entering the email address that you signed up with to the pre-registration page".
Am I alone in seeing this?
