The manual claim process is very slow but you'll get it in the end. Just keep persevering with them.

Used different email address for each savings account I opened mostly Outlook aliases, just discovered Amazon claim form was sent to email address I never look at on 31 March, when they said only one £10 Amazon voucher however many savings accounts opened they seemingly meant it. 😀

I've had to chase my Amazon voucher and they are now supposedly talking to Santander. Have many people had a success once it reaches this stage?

Some people (like me) have had success by pestering VoucherSent and not taking no for an answer. Others have gone directly to Santander and Santander have credited their account with the gift card amount.

It's just all a very long process, not helped by VoucherSent's lack of professionalism and knowledge.

No voucher received by me, so I will be on to them.

I can not see that I have an OLA code, I have a confirmation email.

I could find no record of an OLA code from opening the account just a confirmation email but Santander did provide when asked on web chat. Query raised with VoucherSent, claiming they will need to do a manual verification with Santander. What a clunky process.

The OLA is only in the confirmation email when opening current accounts. It isn't provided in the email for new savings accounts. You get your OLA when your application is confirmed and need to keep a note of it then.

Havent received my £10 voucher either (seems to be a common theme) so going to ask Santander for my OLA number
