    VoucherSent is a scam and they ignore any communication. I ended up asking the Santander chatbot to raise a complaint and detailed the situation to the agent who said Santander could not do anything about it. I insisted in raising the complaint and I was eventually credited the £10 in my account "as a goodwill gesture" - others have reported receiving a larger sum after the complaint though

    Yes, plenty have. Might be a good idea to read some of this thread.

    You can file a complaint with Santander, either online (Sandi → Human Being Operator → Complaints Department) or in writing. It will go to one of their complaints team and you will be assigned a complaint reference number.

    Complaint sent yesterday at 17:21 to executivecommunications@santander.co.uk. Reply received this morning at 08:31 so an impressively quick response. They say…

    "Thank you for contacting Santander following your concerns with a promotional incentive in conjunction with Voucher Sent.

    We are aware of delays with Voucher Sent following this promotion so please be advised the matter will be resolved and would ask you to be patient whilst this is ongoing and remain in contact with Voucher Sent directly".

    Not sure how we're supposed to remain in contact with Voucher Sent as we don't have query id's.😕
