Also as time goes on you might be able to get an even lower rate , that's what happened to me, I started with 11% and within 6 months managed to get a 5.9% rate and it has saved months and money. Definitely worth it.

Ive now just done a money transfer to pay off the loan, at 4% transfer fee and 12 months interest free, it will only save about £200 but figure it will keep pushing me to get it paid off in 12 months - I am planning on less months.

Debt does not usually appear in a vacuum. It often comes from avoidance, emotional spending, denial or a refusal to ask for help early. Paying it off without addressing the cause may buy temporary relief, but it rarely buys change

Paid all my minimums. Have aquired more debt through my parents due to my living situation changing, however I won't be adding it to this years clearing total as I believe that would be too unrealistic! Plus those don't accrue interest, so it's not too pressing at the moment.
