You do yourself a disservice with the idea that others are in worse positions. Yes, there may be people struggling more financially, but when somebody eventually writes the article that exposes this as a national scandal they will lead with a story like yours.

Article about the decision to push ahead with Capita, rather than postpone that contract and extend the MyCSP contract.

All you really need to know is that the Government committee looking into this debacle concluded that 'the choice was akin to “death by hanging or electrocution”. '

It should never have got to this point.

I read that and assumed it was a typo, and that there was a “no” missing from “knowledge of the ill health application” sentence

No. Only income is CSP

Hi,

The update of the 27th February on the civil service pension website states they are only paying 70% of pension arrears at the moment with outstanding payments to be made within the next 8 weeks.Maybe this is why Jonnyfreedosh has not received his full pension payments.
