EDF FreePhase Dynamic Tariff

Not good tomorrow, as expected, but there's supposedly free electricity!? Showing as 10:00 - 11:00…
Given the wholesale price at that time is 139.93 GBP/MWh, an error by EDF? Or are they feeling sorry for us, and it's 'out of the kindness of their hearts'…?
I suspect it's more the latter - i.e. a bit of a carrot from EDF for FreePhase Dynamic customers (though a rather small carrot at that - an hour mid-morning is of limited utility), given the current high unit rates that are otherwise being charged (which may well continue to be rather high for some time to come…).

Nice to see a decent period of free electricity tomorrow… and red pricing cheaper than green!

Which region are you? That's not quite the case today in Southern England, but it's close - Red being just 1.24p/kWh more than Green (though the gap between Red and Green is significantly larger elsewhere, e.g. the South East region).
A rather good rate for the Green period overnight, i.e. tonight until tomorrow (Monday) morning, at 1.64p/kWh:Prices like this do make giving Dynamic a whirl look quite tempting (once I eventually manage to get a smart meter fitted that is!). Though of course I then look at the bad (pricey) days and think my circa 24p/kWh fix until next spring ain't too shabby, especially given 'the situation'.
It's also possible to think people like @bristolleedsfan were perhaps quite wiley in getting onto the FreePhase Static tariff - not currently available to new customers - as it provides protection from price spikes, and makes planning electricity consumption more of a daily routine thing rather than considering the day-to-day price changes.1 -
FWIW, Northern Scotland:
There have been plenty of (surprisingly?) good prices lately, but, as ever with such tariffs, you have to take the 'rough with the smooth'…

Indeed. Just somewhat wary that, given events, there could quite a bit more 'rough' yet to come!

"Which region are you?"
That was for East Midlands, Green was 19.38p this morning, Amber has been 0-7.41p, and Red is currently 18.5p, a touch below Green. Looking forward to a Green rate of 1.61p overnight tonight.

Is there any site (or sites) - either user or something by EDF giving these 3 slot prices historically - like there are for say the Octopus Agile / Tracker pricing ?
Not sure I could use anyway - as old NSH etc reliant on meter ALCS - but it'd be interesting to see how it compares to my expensive E10 rates which in winter / GMT timing charge my heaters 0000-0500 (green), 1300-1600, and 2000-2200 hrs (both Amber)
Until Wed c32.7p peak 14hrs a day (0500-1300, 1600-2000 and 2200-2359), c19.9 off peak - when both drop by 3.5p - to c29.2 - c16.4p .

After putting in postcode scroll down for past prices.

Thanks @bristolleedsfan
You can look daily - or even download a CSV of historic prices - by half hourly meter billing slots - not red, amber, green (guess so as can see the free slots).

These windy periods are great for dynamic tariffs. The bigger issue is what happens in the depth of winter when most generation is from gas and the question marks around gas price as we head that way.
I jumped off Agile at the start of the Iran stuff because I expect dynamic tariffs (and the cap) will likely be pretty painful then.
