I changed over from dynamic to static about a week ago and have been struggling to get them to move me back (within the 14 day cooling off period). If it is the same then I might as well just sign up myself back to the dynamic.

Are switches between FreePhase tariffs not included in the "if you do decide to leave your FreePhase tariff for any reason, you may not be able to join another FreePhase tariff for nine months" clause? Exercising the cooling off rights might be the only way back within 9 months.

The NESO wind forecast is horrible. Not much more than 1GW during the evening peak.

Hopefully there will at least be a reasonable amount of solar during the day to keep the amber numbers OKish.

Yes, not great but quite a bit better than I was expecting. I guess demand now isn't quite what it is in mid winter.

I still have awful flashbacks from having to pay £1 / kWh on Agile a few times last winter.

Not good tomorrow, as expected, but there's supposedly free electricity!? Showing as 10:00 - 11:00…

Given the wholesale price at that time is 139.93 GBP/MWh, an error by EDF? Or are they feeling sorry for us, and it's 'out of the kindness of their hearts'…?

EDIT: Free Electricity SMS now received… I seem to recall reading that erroneous SMS have been sent in the past, though?

Seems a bit of an odd one but not complaining. Difficult to take too much advantage of it though.

Back on the dynamic tariff now, so will be making the most of that 1 hour free session.
