Rates tomorrow include a 3.51p deduction which has been applied to each hour.

Freephase Static as of now looks like no reduction for Green period, Amber and Red have had full reductions, I was hoping Green period would get full reduction, not bothered about other periods of the day.
North West Region SC reducing a few pennies tomorrow, with SC fixed on static for 12 months, losing out until next winter unless I change tariff.

Oh, so no info on whether they are doing the same for Dynamic (although tomorrow's pricing sort of implies it).

Someone who works for EDF and regularly posts on Freephase Facebook group 4 days ago said
"Hello, the reduction will be subtracted from the unit rate (end of the formula)So a slight change to the methodology"2 -

EDF have dropped Green/Overnight rate as well as Amber and Red by full amounts

Green 11pm - 6am 13.56p per kWh
Amber 6am - 4pm; 7pm - 11pm 18.67p per kWh
Red 4pm - 7pm 37.41p per kWh
