I hope there's no chance MIL will decide she wants to live closer to DH and start house-hunting in your village 😬???

Thankfully, no, SC! She has a daughter and grandchildren back in Suffolk, so we are not appealing to her at all! Phew!! 🤣

If only slm! It has to be in a certain area of Lowestoft because she doesn't want to change doctors due to her cancer diagnosis and treatment. Otherwise I would certainly send her your way!

Well, MIL left at about 8:30am this morning. We did go out for a nice Sunday dinner yesterday, but had drama afterwards as MIL went for a nap and did not put her glasses in a puppy proof place and close her door (as we had warned her several times to do) so Saga decided she would have a good chew on them 😬 Thankfully she wasn't upset as she knows it was her error (I did not apologise for Saga's behaviour, she is a puppy and MIL was warned!) Anyway she has a spare pair at home and doesn't need them to drive, so all good 🤣
I've done some surveys this morning, and looking forward to prolific getting going again. I have a 2hr cleaning job this afternoon and then Saga is at the vets for a check up later on.
I'm currently trying to sell a headboard that we had on our old bed but is in good condition and a puppy pen that is still in its box but will not be used on Facebook marketplace but not having much luck. Is this the sort of thing you can sell on vinted as well? I've never used it so didnt know if it was just clothes. Thanks 🙂

Hi Jessy I'm just catching up 😀 Great news you've finished work now! And well done on the new client already. Saga is just super cute 🥰.
On the v1nted thing I've been using it this summer and I've sold all sorts of random bits but it seems you have to post everything so I'd stick to the small stuff that can be sent easily if I were you (and I may be wrong so I'm sure someone will correct me if I am). I always stick the big items on FB as they can be collected.

Thanks DFW & SC, I will have a look into both x There is always ebay as well.
Cleaning job done, well, I say cleaning job, most of my first hour was spent helping my customer apply for a blue badge! Did it all online and fingers crossed I did it right and they are approved for one 🤞
Saga has been for her check at vets and all is well, she was very popular there and got lots of fuss and treats, so a positive experience for her. We also got her flea and worming tablets while we there. No cost as we pay a monthly Pet plan with our vets which covers this sort of stuff, so no nasty surprises there!
I made some biscuits this morning which turned out lovely. Really enjoying have the time to cook and bake and its saving us money as we're not popping into the shops for treats 😀
