We always empty our pots and declare what's in them in October, this year's date Declaration Date is Thursday 24th October 2026  However, please declare on or before, but no later .  Please pop your SPC No on your signature as it's a great help.

You've made an excellent start to your pot already and I've a feeling you'll keep it up! Come to the thread as often as possible as it's good for us all to have the impetus.

Indeed it is Siju, I was really thrilled! Yes Santa's little helper is exactly the word I was looking for, though we'll need to think of an all year round which is more applicable. 

Very well done with the £5 potted.

So very sorry for being so late folks, but the first time I put this on the thread something shot in from the right hand side allowing me to only see 3/4 of the page leaving. So I had to close it all down, including the PC. Still, all's well now thankfully!

I was quite thrilled to be honest as, yet again, we've lost members, a real shame, so please folks stay with us as however much you're able to pot, it's far better to save than possibly waste, especially as this cost of living crisis goes on and on!! BE SO VERY PROUD OF EVERY PENNY SAVED!!

@ Sue-UU - Thank you   I've added the No.16 to the bottom of my sigature along with my start and the finish date of the SPC. I will declare my loot on the 24th October 2026 when I get to open my sealed pot. My target of £400 is very optimistic, but you never know

Put one of my Winter jackets on to go for a walk and found £10 in the inner pocket, so it's gone in the pot!  £50+ all the change, so looking good so far xxxx I've decided to go through my jacket pockets tomorrow and empty a couple of bags that really do need doing, so you never know what I'll find

Could I join please? I’ve read all posts on 15 pages. I’ve a sealed tin ready and plan to save wherever I can, roadkill, walking more so I don’t use my weekly cash petrol budget, try not to have coffee and biscuit after church and help do coffee tea instead, odd sewing jobs for friends, anything I can really! I’m part of £2 saver club, 1p 365 challenge all to try pay my debts of quicker due to interest rates and a monster ex! I don’t mind any number 👍

I've had a good rumage through my coat/jacket pockets and found nowt! However, I've found loose change in the bottom of both spare bags and in an empty glasses case along with a bag of spare change sitting in one of my bookshelves, so all of that has been eagerly put into my sealed pot this morning  If I didn't know I had it, it won't be missed

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas, ours was a bit chaotic but absolutely wonderful. A few days rest now then madness commences for our DGS birthday 🎂
