You WERE almost correct in your thinking Milki, the 2nd was the last day so you were almost spot on!

Excellent potting for certain!! Many congratulations to you!!! BTW, could you kindly swap No 18 over to N0 25 on your siggy? Many thanks.

I think you've got what my eldest granddaughter has, hers started last Fri as well and she rang on a facetime call yesterday and looked and sounded dreadful. Do the same as I told her "Get plenty of rest and sleep and drink plenty of fluids!" Use honey with lemon in warm water and try to gargle over the sink a few times a day. 🤧 ❤️ Love and best wishes, Sue xxx

Hello all SPCers, especially those of you still waiting for the congratulatory list for the amazing declarations on the 22nd.

At present it's still all due to technological problems which is driving me nuts right now.

I really am so terribly sorry to keep so many of you waiting. Fingers🤞 it'll be very soon and will be posted here!

Meanwhile, if anyone has declarations still to add, then please do so here, but any other comments will be very welcome over on SPC 20.

Hello everyone. As you’re probably aware our amazing @Sue-UU has been having tech issues. She has managed to get some text through to me, which I will post verbatim (ooh, that’s a big posh word by my standards 😉) on the following post of 2. Please bear with me whilst I access and then post them…..

A happy declaration day to you also LMD as well as everyone else! Very exciting indeed for us all.
An excellent amount potted LMD!!!I quite agree with your words in your siggy that "saving's better than saving". Very true as spending's forgotten about soon whereas saving lasts for as long as you wish. Many congratulations to you!Very many thanks indeed for the really lovely words, I do appreciate each and everyone of them. I dearly hope T's BP soon comes down to a far more normal No, sadly our DD's MS will never go away, but hoping and praying for medication to come

may soon make it a lot easier for her! This time last year your DH had just about got over his awful illness, somethings you never forget.Sadly, this cost of living crisis only seems to get worse, we'll all be on bikes soon!

Everything is sorted out for tomorrows beginning of the SPC ~ 20 throughout 2027. Sue xxx
I totally agree Lost congratulations to everyone whatever we've saved!!
You've definitely worked on various ways of potting, very well done!!An excellent amount potted and many congratulations to you Lost!!! Many thanks for your very kind words, I do enjoy it, although I sometimes find it hard to believe that when I began we'd be about to go in our 20th year all these years  later!

To clear up the confusion about the email problem yesterday: I was having real problems with Outlook and Siju bless her was doing her best to help out which thankfully she did in the end. I write replies to everyone using Gmail on my mobile as I have essential tremor ( darned silly name as it's anything but essential!!). I then send it to Outlook on my laptop and pop it all on the thread.
All had gone well until Tuesday evening when I couldn't get on to Outlook for love or money! However, all's well now thankfully. Very many thanks for trying to help me out Lost, so much appreciated. xxx
You very kindly suggested Live email which I'd never heard of and when I looked it up there were no end of them so I had one more go and Outlook and went straight on!!

Wow!!!! How did I manage the above post? That was meant to be a copy of what Sue asked me to post, but I’ve somehow created giant emojis 😫

I hope if nothing else it gives some of you a bit of a laugh.

Apologies @Sue-UU I don’t think that was quite the look you were going for!

My delightful daughter just saw what I did and said ‘Dad, you’re good at Money Saving, but not much else!’ 😂

Sue-UU

Eureka Ant!!!! Somehow you managed to get from the darker email from me and created an absolute masterpiece!! 😱 ❤️ I couldn't possibly begin to explain just how delighted I am that. All that hard work paid off, and gmail had the nerve to say you didn't exist in the other 3 emails they returned to me! 😡

Don't you think otherwise Ant, I certainly could have made it that good. I also think the huge emojis added to it, it's truly excellent. Uhoh, here it comes….Sorry to ask Ant, but could you possibly bold the names, though not yours or Siju's, just those I'm talking to, not including you two gems etc! BTW Have you got a spare couple of weeks at Declaration time next year?! 😂🤣

I shouldn't say so, but what you added about what your darling daughter said really made me giggle like mad, it was so comical 😂 and after all your hard work too! She comes out with some comical quips at times, full of praise, then the insults, bless her. Still, you do tell us all so you clearly know she's taking a rise out of you.

VERY MANY THANKS Ant, you're an absolute ⭐️
