Thanks. I didn't realise it would work for paying additional sums into an existing Santander Stocks & Shares ISA. I've added £100 to the account I opened specifically to get the previous £75 cashback, and it's tracked for me too.

Just to qualify, it worked last time, this time....who knows. 

This genius! Are you just doing it through the TCB link or just adding £100 via the Santander app directly? 

New instance of browser, cleared of all browsing data, cookies etc. Signed into TCB, link to Santander offer, sign into Santander, add cash. 

Don't know if it's a condition of the offer that cash has to be invested, but it was/will be.

So you added funds to get the £75 to track (or have they been paid already?) and now you added new funds on top of the one you added last time and if paid out again you transfer the £100 to a different ISA? not quite getting my head round the mechanics of it but it's a bit early so my brain is a bit tired. 

I've had this Santander S&S ISA for a couple of years, gets a regular monthly fund.

Coincidentally, TCB/Santander have been running cashback promos in the last few months for their savings products including the one from 10/25 which offered £75 for opening?/depositing?/funding?* the ISA with £100.

I simply added/invested an additional £100, via the TCB link. Didn't track, raised claim, £75 paid 04/11.

I've repeated this for the latest TCB offer for £50 cashback. Has tracked, pending.

No transfers in or out of this ISA. The 2 extra £100 deposits remain invested.

* I can't remember the exact terms of the offer, I suspect they were as vague as the current one.

So if I want to get the £500, I just need to open an account, deposit the 5k and they give me £500 in a stock of my choice. Do I need to invest the 5k or will they remain as cash in the account? Will I get interest on it? After 90 days I can just withdraw my 5k (plus interest?) and either sell or transfer my stocks to a different provider e.g. T212 and close my eToro account entirely?

I was offered the freebie and selected MSFT but have not received them. also my portfolio value is around £4950 after depositing 5000 into a USD wallet. Probably my error in not opening a GBP wallet first and then funding.

Thanks, Reddit was the trigger, now £495 "richer" as I was 10 minutes ago. Signed up, selected Microsoft, filled out all the data and was instantly verified. Created GBP wallet and deposited 5k by open banking. Shares were allocated within second. Sold the lot and proceeds were back into my GBP wallet straight away. Withdrew my 5k plus ca £495 (some fees to be paid) into my bank account. All funds arrived instantly. Etoro account closed after.

I paid by debit card and into USD. I wonder if either of those has created the failure/delay compared to you.

I was very hesitant but my motto for 2026 is to take more risk so I went ahead expecting the worst. I still can't believe it myself. I may get blacklisted by eToro but I can very well live with that.

Already went ahead and used £100 to open the Santander S&S ISA to cash in on the £50 cashback and it already tracked. The link posted a few pages ago still works but it is not coming up, at least for me, when I just search on TCB for Santander so it may be taken off soon. While setting up the Santander Investment Hub I was asked if I want to set up a direct debit for fee payment. There are no fees on uninvested cash but the DD mandate will come in handy on my Chase donor account for future switches
