I left it about 24 hours before selling and withdrawing my free Rolls Royce share a few months back. Granted that was only worth £12, but they didn't seem to mind.

The terms state that you can do whatever you want with the free share at any time.

Since the value of it is close to the deposit requirement, I'm just going to sell it, withdraw the proceeds leaving me with about net -£30 over all, plus the £200 deposit. And just leave the £200 invested, added to my ongoing portfolio.
