I had the same problem last night but it's been completed now, got a notification that 2 factor authentication was now enabled, and could then deposit, so there must be some manual steps they have to go through at their end.
I didn't need to upload any documents or images

Same experience for OH here too. 4% on cash balances so no big deal.

XTB
I feel like being cheated that they give out Nvidea stocks now and I only got a 12 quid RR share, which I held and XTB account still open but no interaction since.0 -
I’m trying to to do the XTB free stock. I e opened the account and deposited my £200. But no free stock yet and if I click on the get a free stock it take me to the deposit money bit. Did I do things in the wrong order and I need to add another £200 ( will withdraw some later) or will my stock appear ?

guess I maybe did the wrong order. I clicked the free stock and added £200 and straight away my Nvida stock appeared.
I’ll take the spare £200 out in a few daysSave 12K in 2020. Number 133 -
Got an email saying my document has been accepted but in app still says in progress of verifying so not activated yet. Maybe the document it is referring to is my passport photo and my bill is still to be done but thought the passport had already been ticked off.

You should raise a ticket with TCB and ask them to check with Santander. If when you applied the cashback was definitely £75 - and it tracked - Santander are obligated to pay you £75 via TCB.

Once account activated are you supposed to click the claim share button before you deposit £200 else the share won’t appear?

register your bank account straight away, in case there is a hold up, so it is ready for when you want to withdraw
