The same thing happened to me last night - no idea why as I usually pass electronic checks.

I was approved this morning, deposited some funds and the free share was available shortly after.

I don't remember, sorry. I pressed the button as soon as I saw it but am not sure if that was before or after the deposit.

I didn’t get the list of codes that others have mentioned either, so I just used one of the codes someone else mentioned on here earlier and it worked.
