    Some general NatWest guff here

    https://www.natwest.com/support-centre/sainsburysbank-transfer-scheme/credit-cards.html?q=sainsburys&brand=NATWEST&section=personal&enginekey=wYnTjXmfABgYKBU6GMG3

Does imply that you should be able to set up online/app access for NatWest to manage the credit card.

Are you anywhere near a NatWest/RBS/Ulster branch?

I recently contacted NatWest on behalf of my parents who thought they had lost sign in details.
They said once the accounts had migrated, which has happened today, they would be able to go to NatWest website and register for online banking using their Sainsbury's Credit card number.
They would then be sent an activation code.
Unfortunately they didn’t say how they would receive the activation code i.e. text or post, so may not help you in time for 10th.

There is a dedicated Sainsburys to Natwest transfer thread running here.

You may find people in a simlar situation who can assist.
I have also been affected, but I already have a NatWest account, so it has just appeared there today.

I think I've been recognised as a customer but they have an old mobile number for me, codes etc. being posted instead.

My card is now live in the NatWest app.  I'm a new customer so had to finish setup, but all looks OK.  My last D/D was Friday 3rd October and that shows correctly.

Ditto. Also my nectar account balance can be accessed with one click from the Natwest page which is much easier than prevously.
My Nectar balance shows as zero though.  And if I click "See full balance" it just takes me to the install Nectar app page.

Does not really bother me - I just have this account for some active 0% balance transfers.

Actually I do have a small DD panic... My payment is due today, not tomorrow, and is showing as taken from my current account but the card in the NatWest app is saying payment due today and not showing the credit from the DD. The problem is I think that the DD shows as taken at midnight with Sainsbury's Bank plc as the payee. So it's likely in limbo somewhere.Have messaged NatWest on twitter. I might just make a manual payment later to cover things, it's not a large amount and will probably save me some hassle

The unexpected but welcome surprise is that the previous statements from Sainsbury's have transferred as well

Edit: panic over, I can now see the DD payment in the pending transactions. That really had me worried for a bit

A bit of an aside but good God @vacheron - how on earth did you accumulate such a large balance of Nectar points? :o

    Hi @edinburgher

Perseverance with some cheating.  ;) I used to keep my large e-bay purchases back for when they used to do the 7x and 9x nectar points promotions. Plus the Sainsburys CC used to have good rates before they were slashed. That plus just not really spending that many really.  :)

Also I was lucky enough to win 1 million Avios (Airmiles) a few years ago, so back in about 2022 when Avios  first partnered with Nectar, and the exchange rate was good (250 Avios would get you 400 Nectar points) I exchanged 100,000 Avios for 160,000 Nectar points as a bit of a hedge against the Avios being de-valued, so many of the points are just sitting there in case it is ever preferable to convert them back to Avios again.

My credit card is showing up on my NatWest app. However I had my usual direct debit taken on 6th Oct from my bank account, and it isn't showing up as a transaction or on the balance on my credit card in the NatWest app. So I'm a bit concerned about where the money is and whether it will be credited in line with the payment due date on my credit card.
