    Sorry but I really do not think it is sensible to add anything from WW11 to your diets.  Most people were undernourished & for several years after the war ended.  Don't believe me.  Look at anyone born in the 40s & then look at a full sibling born in the 50s.  Do you know a single one where the younger one was not taller than the older.

    thats interesting badmemory.   Probably the timing of it was significant?   Whether you were a baby or an already well nourished 10 year old or in your twenties etc?  That's really interesting,  I'd never thought of it like that before.   My parents were 8 or 9 when war started so we were all born well after.
