Thanks everyone for your well wishes and putting positive vibes out into the universe for us. He’s had a phone call and has been offered the part time job🎉. He’s also applied for another part time job with them but different local and they are happy to combine the rotas if he was to get the other job🤞. Big sigh of relief. He’s spoken to his current job and providing references come back ok he’ll ask to go part time until he’s made redundant . Unless of course he gets the less paid but more responsibilities job (will have to interview for it) they are creating 🤬 but ask for it to be part time. Very complicated.

Been to the dr to get blood pressure taken which they’ve said is in the normal range-134/80. However, that’s quite high for me as it tends to be lower than the normal. Hopefully as things become clearer around OH job situation stress levels will decrease. I will look at my diet as I’m sure certain dietary habits are sneaking back in and I’m definitely exercising less due to miss giddychops getting old. Think I will get my bike out tomorrow.Bad habit- made spiced apple Dorset cake to celebrate OH job offer- made with butter -super yummy.Prescriptions picked up for OH and myself £19.80 and dropped youngests off. Shopping was slightly more expensive than last week , but did contain meat, toothpaste and other essentials £51.53. Harvested the majority of tea from the plot, kale, Brussels, kale, potatoes and apples. All good nutritious food.Washing dried on the line after its 2nd day.
Right time to get giddychops out for her evening walk.Love 🐞

Went to get cash from the machine and menopause brain has struck , can’t for the life of me remember my PIN number 🤨. I can remember the first 3 digits but not sure if they are in the right order but last digit!!!!!! This is the 2nd day I can’t remember. I know it’s a good way of saving money but this is getting ridiculous.

You can check your pin number on your banking app. Or I should say you can do that with my bank.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. How very annoying for you about the PIN. I hope you have some inspiration - or perhaps go into the bank and tell the cashier, then see if they can reset it for you (write it in the back of your diary as a fake phone number or something).I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living.
