Thank god we paid the mortgage off

I’m in the hate camp too.
Gorgeous day, sun shone for the majority of the day. Went to the chiropractor today £42 well spent, although it did mean I didn’t do a great deal at the allotment today. I did sit and enjoy the sunshine though.

FRUGALNESS FOR TODAY.
• we are due rain from tomorrow until Monday so 2 loads of washing on the line. All dry🥳.
• visited the library and borrowed 4 books. Subject matter Acupressure, yoga, massage and menopause. Looking forward to reading them all.
• another job applied for 🤞.
• Mr🐞 has harvested the last of the potatoes 🥳. Weeded the mint bed and 2 of the carrot beds. Had a rummage in the scrap pile at the allotment. Metal netting retrieved, used it to cover the last of the broad beans. Donation pile had an intact bath, so moved that down to our plot to use as another carrot bed. The fruit net is off.
• tea was veggies and egg fried rice. Homegrown veggies- peppers, asparagus, carrots ,french beans, garlic and courgettes. The rice was pre cooked in a packet from the holiday 🤤.
• checked my state pension , I’m up to date. 😊.
• shower water saved to flush the loo.
• ev and dw on to charge when we have cheap leccy.
• other than chiropractors bill and household bills no money spent today.
