Cooker hood is done, new filters sorted just need to order 2 new bulbs. Very pleased with it. Especially when l converted 2 kilos of oranges 🍊 and 4 kilos of sugar into lots of lovely marmalade. Kitchen was definitely less steamy, with a working extract fan😀.
Took the youngest out for lunch as they missed out due to being ill over the new year holiday. Managed to find some coloured felt to make birthday cards over the next couple of days.

I noticed packs of felt the other day - possibly in Th3 W0rks.
The work on the kitchen is really paying off, I can tell. Enjoy the marmalade!

A pattern definitely happening🤣. Right time to pick up the youngest from chazzer -guess what…… yep going to get wet again 🤣.

🤣 definitely dryer today cherryfudge. collected the seed potatoes, beans and green manure from potato day this morning. Had to take my trolley with me as Mr🐞is working today. Collected olio requests, but ended up with a flat back tyre and couldn’t get the valve open to pump it up. Pliers, wd40 haven’t worked, luckily I brought some back from dad’s. Just need Mr🐞 to show me ( not do it, I’m trying to learn these skills rather than relying on others)how to sort it. Had a sneaky 😴. Just trying to tidy the house before the family arrive. Quick break first though.

Inner tube is not for my bike, booooo!
Everything I’ve tried to sort this morning I’ve been too early for. Drop off parcel too early, pick up the youngest new boots too early, get new inner tube too early 🤣. Every time too early by at least 30 minutes so lots of waiting around.Just not meant to be today.Love 🐞

New inner tube that shop sold me is wrong. I even took the old one with me to show them😤. I’ll need to take it back, but not today as it’s my 24 th wedding anniversary Plan is to walk to a country pub for lunch. A couple of essential jobs first such as the youngest prescription as they have left it a bit late to put in on Wednesday.
Went to the plot to harvest the last of the winter lettuces (£1.50), should last us a couple of meals. Meal plan done to utilise what we’ve got in. Used 2 packets of olio celery sticks to make soup (actually tastes of celery) and another packet sautéd to act as the base of a stew and then frozen. Olio jacket potatoes and carrots used up for tea. Summer roasted tomatoes out the freezer for tea too.
Another item sold on V. Did have someone I think try it on around another item.
Mr 🐞 is trying to find our anniversary cards we send to each other every year.Love 🐞
