Switchover has now happened, I appear to be on the 3,2,1 tariff. So it appears that O2 can actually change the tariff of any O2 SIM to this.Unfortunately still not particularly happy with O2 as been about a month now and still awaiting a reply, apart from electronic confirmation, from their Complaints department. They need a complaints about Complaints department!

Well it has taken over three months to deal with this complaint but finally O2 have credited me with £10 for the loss of being on the wrong tariff. Also confirmed that I am on O2 Classic (3,2,1) tariff, although I already knew that.0
