Now had an answer from Glomarkt support. Apparently DCC asked them to delay pulling down info on 1st October when the price cap changed - caused some sort of glitch - data is now gradually being restored - I am only missing gas data for 2nd October now as far as I can see.0

Well, that lasted a couple of weeks ! It had all caught up then started showing nothing until 24 hours later and now thrown a wobbler over this weekend's data - only first 2 hours on Sat and first 8 hours Sun but first 8 today.0

I am today receiving this message as a banner: "We currently can't show your recent daily electricity usage, please try again later".0

It is just a mess. I have got a full house electric for yesterday but nothing so far for today, gas nearly full yesterday, nothing for 2300, but full up to 0600 today. Just big chunks of data missing. It is a shame as Bright is by far the best visually out there, shows the plain data you want to know rather than something with a spin on it.0

Thursday last week and Tuesday the week before are a bit iffy but this week is fine up to and including yesterday and a liitle bit for today
I don't expect to get full current day info until the following day . (thats using the Bright app rather than a Bright CAD device). I can get half hourly data and current consumption direct from my IHD if I really want it.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
My electric is almost up to date now, but still missing the whole of Tuesday 21st. My switch went live on that date but I don't see why that should cause that data to be missing.0

Bright seems to be getting increasingly flaky - nothing for me since Monday this week for electricity (with missing data that day), and nothing since Sunday for gas.
