Well, n3rgy sparked again this morning. It looks like the fault I was encountering for a few days may have been caused by a tightening of my browsers' (Edge) security, specifically CORS which disallowed calls from data.n3rgy.com to consumer.data.n3rgy.com, which it regarded as a different origin. This block seems to have gone away again today, thank heaven.Ildhund said:... n3rgy are also apparently having trouble. I've got my Saturday and Sunday Bright data now but still missing Thursday and Friday's.0

I've now got Saturday & Sunday for gas, missing Thursday & Friday.
For electricity I have 1h for today but nothing from Thursday up to and including Sunday.
I'm sure it will all catch up eventually!0 -
Not necessarily automatically. If you really need the missing data (i.e. they're not available elsewhere, like from your supplier or another third-party provider), you may have to contact Glowmarkt support to ask for the usage data to be backfilled: support@glowmarkt.comGlitterMedusa said:I'm sure it will all catch up eventually!I'm not being lazy ...

I like the graphical format of Bright app. My supplier ,Fuse, have up to date info. but not in a useful form - as per previous posts, I'm missing gas consumption data since last Wednesday so may ask for an update from Glowmarkt. if nothing happens by tomorrow.GlitterMedusa said:I'm not desperate for the Bright data - it's all fine on my supplier's app which is the important thing0 -
Bright seems to have fully updated for electricity (for me, at least), but I'm still missing gas for Thu, Fri and Sat last week.

Still holes in mine. Elec has Sat 00.00 - 01.00 3 half hours then a gap till Sun 02.00 then all filled up to 14.00 today ! Gas has nothing showing from 02-30 Thur but shows the times with blank usage, Fri & Sat completely blank up to 02.00 Sun then filled up to 14.00 today0
