Assuming you have an account with them for Bright, you can just download your data in a file from glowmarkt.comsquirrelpie said:

That doesn't sound right if you can you see all your historical data in the Bright app OK. Are your current tariff price and standing charge details present there when you browse through your account on glowmarkt.com?squirrelpie said:

Sorry for the delay, but here's an update. The problem turned out to be that I use Firefox as my regular browser. There's some problem with Glowmarkt's page when displayed in that browser. Glowmarkt say that given how minor FF has become, they can't justify spending money investigating the problem. I can understand that, sadly 😪
So if I use another browser that problem is solved. But if you've seen my other thread, you'll see I have much bigger problems caused by Octopus' incompetence 👿 So there's no data that Glowmarkt could retrieve at the moment!
