Still trying to pay my Nectar credit card from my existing bank account. Reluctant to send money to random accounts/sort code that I keep being given on the Natwest chat, which will then be " swept/diverted" over to my bill🤔
Not keen to give my 16 digit card number verbally to an agent on the phone either.
No option to pay using the phone, unless I have a Natwest current account.
However- I have been told today that the original link that I have to pay the Sains card is active until November. So trying £1 to see if that is true.🤞🤞

The sort code on my NatWest card statement from 8th October is 62-19-70.

Thank you for the info but it doesnt work for my bank.
It does not recognise the Natwest Nectar card, so it isn't on their list. And I cant try to pay it manually, like a friend, as the acc no and sort code for the Nectar CC are attached to all other Natwest cards, so it wont let me proceed.
Natwest knows there is an issue but no idea when it will be sorted. And my bank are saying that they are unable to add the Nectar CC to the list as Natwest have not given them the info🙈🙈🙈

None of the options work and my bank know that customers are having issues.
I've been on the FBook chat, phoned both banks involved and no progress. Been trying for almost a week.
The Nectar CC isn't in the drop down list of Natwest cards to choose, from my bank.
All Natwest cards have the same acc no and sort code and they wont let me add my CC number as the ref, doesnt recognise it.
I don't want a DD, and I never needed one with Sainsbury's Bank.
Hoping they will sort it out soon.
Already looking at other cards to move to.

Already looking at other cards to move to.Your statement's giro slip will contain a 6 digit sort code. The account number will be 00000000. The reference is your 16 digit card number.You'll probably find one of these aligns with one of the options on that (very old) drop down anyway.0 -
Still waiting for my Sainsbury's credit card to be merged with existing NatWest account here. Have had several chats and phone calls with NatWest. They say that it has been merged and I have received welcome messages and texts but it's not in my NatWest app or my online account. Whatever their "specialist team" have done, it hasn't worked for me. Very frustrating.0
