A gain of £2.50 on £202 is clearly 1.2% rather than 12%, but having said that, the shares did go from 101.65p on 23 January up to 112.60p on 3 February, so 11% in just over a week has happened recently!

Thanks, I completed the form and it said I can trade until 2029, but it keeps diverting me to complete the form again - I will leave it until Monday and hopefully the system will have caught up!

got an email from them and I'm wondering why their t&c's mention the 13th rather than the 27th February

5. You must satisfy all the following conditions to participate in the Promotion:

A. Be a UK resident and aged 18 years or older.

B. Open an GIA, or ISA or SIPP with IG between 31 January 2026 and 13 February 2026 using the corresponding promotional code. You must not have held an IG Share Dealing Account at any time before 31st January 2026

C. Deposit funds to your Share Dealing Account for the first time between 31 January 2026 and 13 February 2026.

D. Make a First Trade between 31 January 2026 and 13 February 2026.

E. You must maintain an active investment portfolio in your Share Dealing until 30 June 2026 (inclusive). This means you must open, close, or maintain an open position in each month from January to June 2026 inclusive.
