I agree there’s excitement to be had in that!

For now, though, all my investments are in global index trackers — in my S&S ISA and SIPP.

It can be fun to keep a bit aside to experiment with. Do you have any recommendations?

There is an app called IG Invest which is for beginners and much easier and simpler to understand.

But, my £200 ISA money is showing in both IG Invest and IG Trading apps so surely it does not matter which I invest from?

thank you for this! I’d downloaded the trading app & find it truly awful! The Invest app is much simpler. I bought 30 aviva shares & 12 lloyds. Aviva has gone down since!
