Good call on the summerhouse @KajiKita @greenbee so I bumped it up the list and will declare it officially open for the season later once the cushion covers are dry and back on.

Well done on the getting back into decluttering, yesterday we had a failed attempt to get a bus and instead ended up in a local charity shop. Charity shops are dangerous ground as I love a good rummage and well loved secondhand books are especially my true love. But something stopped us as we too need a declutter. Keep going. The positive clear out vibes are spreading.
Love you found a forum from 2006. I bought my first flat in London and it was teeny tiny and we ended up using our car as storage. It was a nice place but not much bigger than a studio. Fond memories!

That's a really impressive list! And of course you can't move a sleeping cat, that would be Wrong.

Nothing like a nice new planner to get OATs done so you don't have to write them on it 😁
You are absolutely smashing it

Well done. I hope you feel mentally lighter and not too sore after doing that lot. And that you managed to make a list of the things to do tomorrow while you have a helper (and that the cat moved so you could make your bed!).

Lots done - is there a list for today's helper?
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!4 -
The bed did (eventually) get made, and the visitors list got done this morning before they left with some snowdrops to transplant. Eldest is also working his way through the 'too thick for me' branch pile.
I made HM doner kebabs last night using this recipe. It worked very well and I would make it again but the house smells of kebab shop. Luckily all of my lovely new windows actually open (unlike the old ones!) so the house has been airing since I got up. ETA I also made some 'gunpowder potatoes' loosely based on this recipe.
Lovely sun shine so I am focussing on outside jobs this afternoon:
Trim back the driveway lavender
Trim the enormous shoots off the blasted pyracanthaTry and
mow the front lawn and a path to the summer house.Order a spark plug for said lawnmower, and
find a jerry canso I can buy some new petrolMy mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Please reinstall universe and reboot+++
