Raisin have now replied to a couple of disgruntled customers on Trustpilot concerning the bonus .0

I don't think they can use that get-out clause in this case. "if proper implementation is no longer guaranteed due to actual or legal obstacles" can't mean just "we didn't want to do it any more" - it needs an "obstacle". I think we need to wait for the email and/or announcement topyam mentions.LADY_A said:. General
a) Raisin UK reserves the right to discontinue or change the bonus campaign at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if proper implementation is no longer guaranteed due to actual or legal obstacles.
This is stated on the link you sent huwO1
All seems a bit underhand of them I think 🤔

I've just received a generic reply from them:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting our Customer Service team.
There has been a short delay in processing Loyalty Bonus payments. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
If you’re eligible for the bonus, please be assured that your payment will be processed as soon as possible. Our team is finalising the process, and no action is needed from you at this time."

🙄 We have been hearing that since 31/10/25
If we hadn't taken action , which they say isn't needed , no bonus for us 😕
Let's hope we hear something soon0 -
I have received the standard fobbing off message as well. I honestly don't think they have any idea what went wrong or how to put it right. It is obvious that Raisin is at fault for causing such a fiasco and they are the ones in breach of the terms and conditions of the offer, not us. How can any of us trust this bunch of numpties with our hard earned? Once my investments have matured, I'm off! This could result in a group action being taken against them. It would be nice if Martin and his MSE team would investigate this further on our behalf.0

Very true , come on Martin 🤞
Promoted the offer on this website .0 -
I agree, the T&C emailed didn't specify how much needed to be in the second account or that the second account needed to be fixed term.
I funded an easy access account as I had one account maturing in the middle of the period, and opened a one year fixed with just over £10k.
I still have both accounts. I even withdrew the matured money out of raisin and refunded so it was "new money".

It's no big deal. I'm a bit more relaxed about their failure to pay the bonus than some others. Obviously we want the bonus paid but mistakes happen & I'm ok with giving them time to investigate & correct the issue. If payment doesn't materialise in spite of complying with the rules then a small claims court action looks on the cards.0

I don't think it's one mistake. It seems like series of different errors and some would say by changing the terms and conditions after launching the offer it's possibly a case of misleading their customers1

One problem they will have is that there were better rates available at the time but with the bonus it made their accounts better.
So if they fail to pay out we should be able to close any accounts we funded penalty free with accrued interest. We could even have a case for loss of interest as we could have earned more elsewhere.
I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt for now, could just be a coding error and not a changing of the goalposts or interpretation of terms and conditions.0
