    Dear Customer,

We wanted to let you know that there’s been a short delay in processing loyalty bonus payments due to the popularity of the campaign. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We can confirm that you’re fully eligible for your bonus, and our team is finalising the payment process. You don’t need to take any action while we complete this work.

Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued customer.

    Kind regards,
    The Raisin UK team

Add me, got the mail that I qualified, I imagine that there was an oversight in the code checking for eligibility.  I've been there.   I think there were a few things in the T&Cs that could have been better explained, one being the new money part.

My partner has as well, not really buying the popularity excuse, but there we go, probably trying to get out of paying any compo. There was never any doubt she was eligible for the bonus as we have identical accounts with Raisin and made the application within minutes of each other. I received my bonus, she didn't which makes no sense at all. I was wondering what spin the PR team would put out, now we know.

    Nothing here 😕
I did get an email from Raisin asking about my recent contact with them and asking to leave a trust pilot review. Oh the irony!

Not wanting to disrespect Raisin , obviously a mistake by them , but so disappointed in all this , having said that I maybe will reinvest  given a tempting interest rate as up till this fiasco I was pretty happy with them .

Thanks for the heads up LADY_A, my partner has just confirmed she has received the bonus and has withdrawn it. I hope everybody else who has been affected receives theirs.
