. General
a) Raisin UK reserves the right to discontinue or change the bonus campaign at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if proper implementation is no longer guaranteed due to actual or legal obstacles.
This is stated on the link you sent huwO1
All seems a bit underhand of them I think 🤔

So basically, if they're caught with their pants down because of bad draughting of their terms and conditions, they can re-draught them to save their !!!!!!.
They must have known that this would cause problems for them once the campaign had expired.0 -
Think they are treating us all ( the ones who haven't received the bonus ) very disrespectfully, especially as we are LOYAL customers.
Maybe they think we are going to accept it and give up .
Not me £125 is worth fighting for !!!
Would I have taken the £10000 bond out for twelve months without the incentive ?
Probably not .1 -
Yes I agree with you. The £10k could have earned a higher rate in instant access with the likes of Ulster or Zopa than with what was being offered with Raisin but the £125 more than made up the difference for that amount.LADY_A said:Think they are treating us all ( the ones who haven't received the bonus ) very disrespectfully, especially as we are LOYAL customers.

Once my fixed rate bonds mature, regardless of if I eventually receive the £125 I will be moving from Raisin0 -
The balance on both my accounts is over £10k. I'm not sure why i haven't received it, as I think I conformed to all the requirements. No message back yet0

I phoned them up spoke to a lovely lady who said taht the balances of both of my fixed rate bonds had to be 10k more than they were at the begining of the offer period. I advised her of the terms and conditions emailed out and still on their website and she said that wasn't the T&C they had been given, to which I said well they are Raisin's T&C which they emailed out when they promoted their offer to their customers.
She said all she could do is raise a formal complaint to their complaints team which she did. I asked to be put through and she said that she couldn't do that, to which I said "Do they not have telephones?" and she said "I'm beginning to believe that ". In other words they're in a bunker somewhere not taking calls about this.
I've had the holding reply to my lodged complaint stating they aim to resolve within 3 weeks but may take longer !1 -
Just called. Apparently this has been raised at a senior meeting this morning, and they are aware that people haven't been paid that should have been. There is a communication sent out via email soon, but they didn't know when. Told to call back next week if i haven't heard anything.2
