£125 for existing Raisin customers who put at least £10,000 in a fixed-rate bond

Wonder are they hoping people will forget about it0

Well we nearly forgot about it. I got my payment, as expected but it was a couple of days later that we realised my other half should have received the payment as well. I wonder how many others have forgotten. I suspect the error is system related. But if it doesn't get sorted I suspect there will be a lot of small claims going through the courts.0

There are 3 more victims on Trustpilot. It's about time Raisin got a handle on this and issue an official statement on their website! The silence is deafening.0

Very true , keeping us all in suspense .
Worst of it is they probably will never give us this offer again as they can't seem to cope0 -
Kevin Mountford should hang is head in shame. Try putting into practice what you used to preach when you were Head of Banking for Moneysupermarket.
The latest offer to new customers is to open a fixed rate bond with a term of 1 year or longer with a minimum of £10,000 to earn a bonus of up to £150 while you treat your loyal customers with total disdain.

I can also confirm, unknowingly to me I have both boxes ticked and I had the email and payment without issue.cwmbrancrow said:
She can check by looking at "notifications" on her account. I had both boxes ticked, my partner only had the lower one. I received the confirmation email and bonus payment, she didn't.subjecttocontract said:
That's very interesting and I suspect it could be the very reason my other half didn't get the email or payment as well. She is very likely, when setting up the account, to have indicated..... don't contact me by email. She has sent a secure message to them on the web site asking them to look into it and advise. So, now that's what I'm expecting them to come back with. I should think it'll take a couple of weeks to get sorted.cwmbrancrow said:My partner was told today that although she met the eligibility criteria for the bonus, she didn't receive the confirmation email or payment automatically as she had email marketing notifications turned off on her account and it would now have to be done manually although no timeline was offered as to how long this would take.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
Still not received my £125. The advisor said that it is because at the end of the period the balance of both of my accounts was not £10k higher than it was at the end of the period. The T &C do not say this at all

Think they changed terms and conditions at a later date .
When I enquired after not receiving bonus got sent the usual generic answer but with this added that I had not seen before ??
Additional Notes on Maturing Deposits
If the existing deposit matures during the campaign, your balance will decrease unless you reinvest those funds. To remain eligible, you must keep your balance at least £10,000 above your pre-promotion total and maintain two active accounts, including your qualifying Fixed Rate Bond.0 -
No bonus for me as yet though , I definitely conformed to all that was asked0

Can they change the terms and conditions from the ones that were emailed out. Surely not, and why still have the "original" T&C's still on their website ? Surely somone from MSE should be looking into thisLADY_A said:Think they changed terms and conditions at a later date .
