regarding the Halfords PCN i got a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings, saying it is being transferred to Stockport County Court for allocation. Is this bad news guys?

Stockport civil court will post out a court order to you and to dcb legal, standard stuff, all part of the process, transferring the case from a civil service office to the court you chose as Defendant, then that court continues the process

You asked for it in your N180, so they are granting your wishes

Its a hurdle race that's includes barriers that need jumping over by both sides , with a change of venue halfway through

The usual point is just before the hearing fee is due to be paid for by the claimant or their lawyers

That point will come in the next few months, after Stockport have written to you both, so I suggest that you wait and see, this will probably be over by the summer

The last time i went to court to fight a legit PCN, i was not even notified about the Discontinuation and i turned up at court, DCBL did not turn up. I found it disgusting the courts let them away with this.

So from what i can see the process is the same if you get an illegal double dipping PCN or not, it goes all the way to your local court?
