Sorry for the late reply. I received an email recently from DCB Legal. I replied to say that 'yes i agree'.

We continue to act for the Claimant in the above matter.

Upon review of the matter, our client will be agreeable to discontinue the claim and take no further action on the basis that both parties agree to bear their own costs. If agreed, the Claimant will file a Notice of Discontinuance with the Court and a copy will be served on you for your records.

Please confirm within the next 7 days whether you are agreeable to the above.

Many thanks for your replies guys. Hopefully i do get the NoD very soon. In the past DCBL just did not turn up at court, i got no official paperwork before or after the court date, they dont follow the rules at all.
