@mystic_bertie did the claimant comply with the judgment/order and, if so, did you submit an amended defence? OR did the whole case get struck out?

Hello and many thanks for your reply. I have not heard anything more about this case. In a previous PCN case of mine they never turned up at court, nobody had even informed me about this.

Might be worth an email to DDJ Hamilton at Manchester court pointing out that the claimant failed to comply with their ORDER!

Obviously you can't email a judge by name. You just email the court.
