@Naomim 16, gosh. My eldest has only just turned 15 as she's the baby of the year 11's. Did you look for a tutor, my daughter has started today, group session with 3 others all working at the same grade, she actually came out happy and said it was good, quite surprising actually because she went into it in a right mood. £84 a month it's costing but it'll be so worth it if she gets above a 3/4 (I don't know why they couldn't keep the letters, so much easier to understand)

No I haven't even looked. Not sure where to start even! Glad your DD liked it.

Love your chart btw. I saw a brilliant one a couple of years ago. It's on my diary somewhere but don't know how far back!

I just put a post on the local Facebook group and I got recommendations from that.

You can print these off 'debt free planner' but I didn't want to spend £40+ on some ink so bought the book instead.

Just ordered my dress for little ones christening, it was on sale from £120 to £40, I used my blue light card which knocked another £6 off and Debenhams had sent me an email with a £15 voucher, so £19 I paid with free delivery, hope it fits 🙂 I hate clothes shopping so now I don't have to brave the local shopping centre at the weekend win, win all round. Just need to sort little ones outfit out now, I want a traditional gown whereas hubby wants a little suit.
We've not invited many people just close family and my parents are putting a little buffet on, so costs are down I just feel like we're not making such a fuss as we did with the older two, but he'll have his close family with him and I suppose that's all that matters.
  • Which survey sites do you use?

Well done on the dress bargain! Sounds like it will be a lovely Christening. The kids don't remember it anyway so small is perfect. We did the same with a buffet at the in laws.

I use prime opinion mostly and sometimes crowdology, not huge rewards but every penny counts.

Well NSD today officially, however I have just paid off £222 my Abound loan, £175 from a switch, £15 because my iPad has just finished contract and £25 from Vinted sales and surveys and £7 from Tilly tidy. So my grand total for that loan is now £2793.27 and it was £5232.92 when I started this diary in June. Cannot wait til it's gone then I can start snowballing properly. Payday this week and another £300 will be knocked off then.

Applied for ANOTHER switch so hopefully another £175 coming my way, no wonder my credit score is taking a beating at the moment 🤣
  • Try re surveys

    curious cat its an app

the surveys are 3-100 plus points, 100 points and you can drop cash into paypal. Any survey you get booted from you at least get 2 points

    Qmee app

    is another good one

A good slightly slower one is

Opinium research-surveys come via email and are normally 25p to 75p. You have to build up 25quid before you can drop money.

prime opinions and crowdology i wouldnt waste my time with. I used to have the nick name survey guru, the sites you mentioned are not the best
