Just made an overpayment of £91.50 on my Abound (aiming for an extra £79 per month) so this figure now stands at £2426.71, the extra money has been made through Vinted and surveys.
In other news, little one is ill yet AGAIN, he needs a break poor little dude.More Xmas presents bought with the Amazon vouchers I've received doing switches etc.Anyway off to bed, no surveys for me tonight as I've met my target 🙃 for this month.5 -
Sorry to hear your LO was poorly again. We were hit by covid after our Italy trip 😔
Well done on the over payments 👏1 -
Another month of debt busting 🥱 cannot wait til this is all over with and my money is my own.Been poorly this week, felt awful ringing in sick considering I've not long been back, and it's meant that we've had a couple of takeaways as I couldn't face meal planning and cooking, the Chinese one definitely perked me up so I'm considering that a win. And now my little one is ill YET again and he's missed his first Halloween party at nursery, gutted we'd made him a little pumpkin and everything, anyway depending on how he is tomorrow we're going to go to the local pub for a bonfire and fireweorks, free event if we don't buy any food or drinks.I'm trying to find a balance transfer card but I'm not eligible for any at the minute, thinking all of these bank switches may have messed up with my credit rating, I'll have to keep looking.
Anyway back to the surveys, another 🥱 must get this debt gone, roll on 2027 (must stop wishing my life away).3 -
Debt busting is boring unfortunately. Just keep your eye on the prize, all the money being yours. 🎉
I feel so sorry for your LO. It's not nice when they are poorly and they pick so much up at nursery.1 -
Checking in, how's your LO doing?0

Hi @Naomim thanks for asking, he's currently on antibiotics (again) he's had an X-ray and due some blood tests, so they're being thorough 🙂1

Glad to hear it. Fingers crossed it's just a bad virus they've picked up and all will be well soon.0

Debt update, currently stands at around £47503, it's going down slowly, still completing the surveys and on track for approximately another overpayment of £80 this month, going to do a couple more switches and that money can also go towards the debts. Roll on January/february and my first loan should be paid off and hopefully I can get another loan paid off later in the year.5

Bit of good news today, I've been in what feels like a battle for three years with the student loan company, they were still charging me for a course that should've been removed 8 years ago due to completing my degree, anyway today it is all sorted and my total balance is 3625 so hopefully that'll be paid off in a couple of years too, cannot wait for this all extra money in 2027 to start overpaying on my mortgage 😉5
