    hi guys! Me again!

I’m trying to appeal a fine at Manchester airport (again!) but this time for my husband.

This time he wasn’t in the drop off zone outside like I was, he went into the barriers of the T2 West ground floor car park which also uses the ridiculous banner thing where you have to log in online before midnight - which he obviously forgot to do.

Does the same template apply here or not?

    Thanks so much

As long as the driver isn’t identified, the keeper cannot lose to APCOA at an airport, by using the template airport template. Note, it’s the keeper who must appeal.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
