    hi guys! Me again!

I’m trying to appeal a fine at Manchester airport (again!) but this time for my husband.

This time he wasn’t in the drop off zone outside like I was, he went into the barriers of the T2 West ground floor car park which also uses the ridiculous banner thing where you have to log in online before midnight - which he obviously forgot to do.

Does the same template apply here or not?

    Thanks so much

As long as the driver isn’t identified, the keeper cannot lose to APCOA at an airport, by using the template airport template. Note, it’s the keeper who must appeal.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

should I still appeal or just ignore debt recovery letters? Can’t they take me to court?

just read it now. So basically ignore - however it doesn’t mention anything about if it’s a PCN from Manchester airport. Just private parking companies and residential parking tickets etc. so still just ignore and use the template from post 2 if they end up taking to a small claims court saying it’s been that long I can’t remember?

I just wanted to double check as I didn’t even get to appeal in time before they sent the debt collectors letter. So I haven’t sent anything at all.
